How to Delete Your Account
Last updated: 30 May 2026
You can delete your Jesus Wallpapers & Status HD account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, favourites, Ask Jesus chat history, and subscription history from our servers, subject to the retention exceptions described below.
Option 1 — Request Permanent Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. A deletion request should include:
- The email address of the account you want deleted.
- A short confirmation that you want all account data permanently removed.
We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option 2 — Sign Out and Stop Using the App
If you simply want to stop using the App, you can:
- Open the App and go to Settings.
- Tap Logout.
- Uninstall the App from your device.
This will sign you out and stop any further activity, but your account will remain on file. To have it permanently deleted, please use Option 1 above.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, profile picture).
- Your favourites and in-app activity.
- Push-notification tokens linked to your account.
- Records of your active and past subscriptions.
- Your Ask Jesus conversation history and any stored chat data.
What We Have to Keep
We are required to retain certain transaction records (such as payment IDs, invoice numbers, and dates) for tax and legal compliance for up to 7 years. These records do not include your card or UPI details — those are held by Razorpay, not by us.
Active Subscription
Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and stops all future UPI AutoPay renewals. If you delete your account while a paid period is still active, the remaining time is forfeited. Per our Refund Policy, no refund is issued for the unused portion. To stop renewals without deleting your account, cancel from the App's settings or revoke the UPI AutoPay mandate in your bank/UPI app.
Need Help?
If you simply want to stop using the App without deleting your account, you can sign out and uninstall it as described in Option 2 above.
