Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for subscriptions to Jesus Wallpapers & Status HD. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. Try Before You Commit
Every new user can start with 1 day of full access for just ₹5, including HD wallpapers, live wallpapers, devotional status cards, and Ask Jesus spiritual guidance. We recommend using this to make sure the App meets your needs before it continues at ₹99/month.
2. How Cancellation Works
Your subscription auto-renews via UPI AutoPay. You may cancel at any time:
- From within the App: open Settings → Subscription → Cancel; or
- By revoking the UPI AutoPay mandate in your bank or UPI app.
After cancellation, no further amounts are debited. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not automatically refund the current period.
3. General Refund Rule
Because subscriptions provide immediate digital access to premium content, payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except in the specific cases below.
4. When You Can Request a Refund
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same period.
- Failed activation. Your payment succeeded but the subscription was never activated, and the issue could not be resolved.
- Unauthorised payment. A payment was made from your account without your permission. (Please also report it to your bank.)
- Accidental renewal. An auto-renewal you did not intend, reported promptly and before significant use of the new period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit the following within 7 days of the charge:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (from your email receipt).
- A short description of the issue.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If an auto-renewal payment fails, we may retry it over the following few days. If it continues to fail, your premium access is paused until a successful payment is made. No partial charges are retained for a period that was never activated.
8. Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Where a refund is approved, the full amount paid (inclusive of taxes) is refunded.
9. Response Time
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed promptly, and we aim to respond within 2 business days.
